About Tshijuka RDP

Interactive platform connecting students in forced migration with guidance persons and lawyers for legal documentation—origin country and host country.

What we do

Tshijuka RDP (Document Retrieval Platform) is an interactive digital platform registered in Ghana, operational with teams in Ghana, Uganda, and DR Congo, with intent to expand across all African countries. It connects Document Seekers—especially students in forced migration—with two types of intermediaries: a guidance person who knows how to reach schools, hospitals, and government issuers back home, and a lawyer who supports host-country legal documentation (identity, civil registration, compliance).

Operational in Ghana · Uganda · DR Congo

Where we operate today

Tshijuka RDP is operational with teams and intermediaries in three countries—and we are building toward coverage across Africa.

Intent to expand to all African countries so students in forced migration everywhere can access trusted documentation support.

Who we are

We are a team based in Berekuso, Ghana, building technology and in-person services for people who cannot easily reach issuing institutions alone. Enterprise registration is in Ghana; examples such as the Ghana Card reflect our local expertise, while seekers can configure any African host country in the legal guide.

Our vision

Every student in forced migration can prove identity and qualifications and complete host-country documentation with trusted human intermediaries.

Our mission

To provide a secure platform where Document Seekers meet guidance persons and lawyers who know issuing institutions (schools, hospitals, government) and host-country legal requirements.

Important: how connections work

Tshijuka RDP no longer positions itself as a direct pipe to every issuing institution. Instead, it connects each Document Seeker to intermediaries who already know those institutions and can move requests quickly—while students keep digital copies and track progress in one place.

How we stay sustainable

Our physical office in Berekuso town, Ghana, coordinates logistics and paid freelance work that funds the initiative.

Day-to-day operations, client meetings, printing, and project delivery happen from this office. Income from commercial services keeps Tshijuka RDP running and subsidises support for all students—especially those in forced migration—who need document recovery and scholarship guidance.

For guidance persons & lawyers

You help seekers reach schools, hospitals, government offices, and legal desks. The platform gives you a structured channel to receive questions, coordinate document recovery, and support host-country paperwork.

What we provide

Seekers use Tshijuka Pack, pre-loss storage, scholarship tools, and a legal & civic map. They interact through two fixed spots—guidance and lawyer—rather than a direct marketplace to every issuer. Intermediaries coordinate with institutions; the platform organises requests, messaging, and document storage.

Who we serve

Document Seekers (students and prospective students in forced migration), guidance persons, lawyers, and administrators. Issuing institutions remain the source of truth; we do not replace them—we connect seekers to people who know how to work with them.
